Becky Quarles is the project leader and principal analyst for every full-service QSA project and is the primary consultant on all collaborative projects.
Before founding QSA, Becky was a public relations practitioner and professor of Mass Communication at the University of Georgia and head of the Advertising/Public Relations Department in the College of Communication at Cleveland State University and then a senior executive with one of the nation’s largest research firms.
Becky has special expertise in market segmentation, targeting and messaging for communication campaigns, and product development/pricing. She has extensive experience conducting research for health care, public health, finance, transportation, housing, media, science and technology. Her primary focus is the design, management and analysis of survey research, but she is also a talented focus group moderator and executive interviewer.
Becky has served as a board member of the Council of American Survey Research Organizations (CASRO) and has chaired conferences and seminars. She has also served as president of both the Pacific and Washington/Baltimore chapters of the American Association for Public Opinion Research (AAPOR). Becky holds a doctorate in Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
